What are the specifics of the program (how does it work)?

"Workout program name" is a 12-week program for busy parents, using body weight, resistance bands and an exercise ball to get lean and strong from home - on your schedule.

This is truly life-changing, more than we can describe.

Many parents consider it a new lease on life - not just for them, but for their whole family!

First we work with you to discover your physical goals.

Then we develop an exercise program custom tailored to your body, your goals and your preferences (time of day to train, length of training sessions, etc).

Then we coach you through our app (on exercise, diet, flexibility and mobility, even mindset) to move you closer to those goals, day by day & week by week.

You'll have 24/7 access to your coach through the app (late nights & weekends will take a little longer to respond) as well as to the community of other parents going through the program with you.

What if I've never exercised before? Will I still be able to complete the program?

This program is made for complete beginners.

Even if you've never lifted a dumbbell, or jogged around your driveway, we are expert at meeting you where you are now.

We'll find the variation of each exercise that you can perform, and build from there.

Plus people are usually surprised by how quickly they gain strength once they start.

What if I've been strength training for years? Will this program be enough to challenge me?

Probably, unless you are a very high-level athlete and/or have had professional fitness coaching for several years.

Although the program is meant for beginners, with some tweaks we can make it challenging for almost anyone.

The only way to know for sure is to book a call with us, so we can discuss it together.

What equipment will we use?

The main focus is on body weight exercises.

We believe that getting to a decent level of mastery of your own body

(including not just your standard exercises like pushups and squats but many others, so that you're strong from basically every position and in every direction)

is probably the most valuable exercise skill to have.

That way your gym can never close, you can train anywhere and any time you want, with whoever you want.

There is no reason not to be consistent with your training that way, and consistency is the key to any good program.

Other than body weight, we'll often use resistance bands (technically resistance tubing) not only to add resistance when needed (especially for pulling-type movements) but also to actually make some exercises easier. Bands even help with flexibility and mobility work, as you'll see if you join the program.

How does the guarantee work?

First, let's get one thing out of the way:

If you're not successful, we're not successful.

If you follow the program and don't get results, we don't want your money.

The program is 12 weeks. During the first 4 weeks you can cancel and request a full refund at any time, no questions asked.

From weeks 5 - 10 you can cancel and request a refund any time, and a prorated refund will be given, based on how long you were in the program (minus the cost of the resistance bands).

But even during weeks 5-10, or 11 - 12, if you feel like you aren't getting the results we agreed upon at the start of the program, just let us know. We will either refund your money or work with you until you do get results, whichever you prefer.
