What to expect

Here's how it works from day one:

  • Free consultation: Phone or Zoom, about 20 minutes. We talk about your goals and whether we're a good fit.

  • First session: 90–120 minutes at the standard hourly rate. We do a full movement assessment, baseline measurements, and goal-setting so that every session after is built specifically for you. No upcharge.

  • Ongoing sessions: Typically 60 minutes, at your home or office.
