Yes, You Can!

Even With Kids?

Yes, You Can!

Working long hours every day - either from the office, or from home.

Then taking care of the kids. Making sure they are fed, homework done, and doing things that will stimulate their young minds and bodies.

And then there is still the housework; the cooking, cleaning, laundry, yard work.

(Hopefully your house isn't quite this chaotic. My wife & I have 2 little boys, so this is pretty accurate)

For most parents, their own health is coming in dead last on a long, long list.

Most parents think to themselves,

"When the kids are older and more independent, maybe THEN I'll take some time for myself.

Maybe THEN I'll exercise.

Maybe THEN I'll eat healthier.

Maybe THEN I'll do things to relax and rejuvenate myself - mentally and physically."

But what are the long-term consequences of that?

Ten years (or more) of little-to-no structured, progressive exercise will make sure it's far more difficult when you do start.

Ten years or more of eating convenient (meaning unhealthy) foods will give you 30 - 50 additional pounds of body fat to lose.

That fat often brings with it diabetes, heart disease, all kinds of health issues.

Serious issues, that can shorten your life span.

Not to mention the mental costs of this kind of lifestyle:

- lack of confidence in our physical appearance and abilities (that bleeds into every aspect of our lives: work, home and social)- lethargy, both physical and mental- that nagging feeling that you could be doing more, that life could be better

And what kind of health example are you setting for your children?

Will they grow up strong and healthy, or fat and sick?

Well, we have news for you...

It Doesn't Have To Be This Way!

You CAN work out at home, using minimal equipment that is inexpensive, and doesn't take up a whole room.

You CAN train either with the whole family, or with your spouse/significant other, or by yourself if they aren't ready yet :). (be a trend-setter)

You CAN create healthier meals that you'll love (and your kids will actually eat) that don't break the bank, or take an hour to prepare.

You CAN find time to do these things, by starting small and building from there.
